Order & Payment

Can I also pay with credit card, Paypal, or cash on delivery, etc.?

We have chosen the payment methods that our customers use most often and prefer, and offer payment via Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Amazon Pay, and Klarna through instant bank transfer, invoice, and instalment payment.

Payment in advance, cash on delivery, or by invoice is unfortunately not possible.

Can I cancel my order afterwards?

We usually process orders very promptly after receipt. If you want to cancel an order immediately after sending it, please contact us right away via our contact form. We will then check whether cancellation is still possible, but we cannot guarantee this if the order has already been shipped. After shipping, our 30-day return policy applies.

Will I get my money back if something is wrong with my order?

If you make use of your 30-day right of return, we will refund you the purchase price as soon as the returned goods have arrived with us and have been checked. If a product unexpectedly shows defects, please contact us (ideally with a photo of the defect). We will then promptly find a solution, either by replacement delivery or refund.

Shipping and Returns

Do you also ship abroad?

Yes, we ship our products not only within Germany but also to all EU countries as well as many other countries worldwide, including the USA, Canada, Great Britain, Switzerland, and Australia. You can find a detailed overview of shipping destinations and costs on our shipping information page.

How long does shipping take?

Within Germany: The delivery time is usually 2-4 working days. Shipping within Germany is free for you. We send orders on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

EU countries: The delivery time is about 4-10 days.

Other international destinations: Depending on the destination country, delivery can take between 8 and 24 days. Please note that for deliveries outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply, which you must bear yourself.

Do you offer shipment tracking?

Orders shipped as DHL parcels (typically larger orders) automatically receive a tracking number. Smaller shipments sent as large letters have a simplified tracking with fewer updates. You will receive the tracking number automatically by email as soon as the shipping label has been printed.

Please note that the tracking is not always exact (this is unfortunately due to the postal service and not us). If the tracking status does not change for a long time, it is usually due to faulty tracking. In 99% of cases, the parcel still arrives safely.

Delivery to a DHL Packstation is also possible; please provide your full Packstation address including your postal number.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you have a 30-day right of return. If you are not satisfied with a product or change your mind, you can send it back within 30 days of receipt. We will refund you the full purchase price. For returns within Germany, we are happy to provide you with a free return label upon request. Please contact us for this.

Can I buy at discounted terms as a dealer?

Yes, we are happy to work together with dealers worldwide. Please leave your specific request with product and quantity in our contact form. We are also glad to send you free samples.

Do you also make custom products or offer modifications?

Yes, the creation of special and unique products is a core part of our range. Since we design and make many items ourselves, custom adjustments or special orders are often possible. If you have specific needs or require a particular part that you cannot find in our shop, feel free to contact us. We will check the feasibility and have already fulfilled many individual customer requests.

I have a blog, YouTube channel, or Instagram account and would like to review one of your products.

We are very happy to cooperate with all photo enthusiasts worldwide. No matter if you have a blog, YouTube channel, or Instagram account with x followers. Write to us with a link to your socials and the desired product, and we will provide you with a free copy to test.

What material are the products made of?

Most of our self-developed products are made using 3D printing from PLA (polylactic acid). PLA is a bioplastic produced from renewable raw materials such as corn starch and is biodegradable under industrial conditions. To enhance the function of our plastic parts, we also use standard components like springs, screws & contacts. This allows us to manufacture parts individually and cost-effectively in very small quantities, which otherwise would not be available on the market.
